As comparison with conventional Steel roller, we now supply idlers manufacture from Engineering Plastic, especially U ltra H igh M olecular W eight– P oly E thylene ( U.H.M.W-P.E ) or H igh M olecular W eight– P oly E thylene ( H.M.W-P.E ) not H igh Density P oly E thylene (H.D.P.E).
And, our suppliers have manufacturing technology of U.H.M.W-PE & H.M.W-PE Pipe for shell by extrusion which they undertake themselves so we can supply any diameter and belt width of idler sets at competitive prices.

ROLLER SHELL (PIPE)
- Extruded H.M.W - P.E or U.H.M.W - P.E (not H.D.P.E)
- High Abrasion Resistance, low noise and impact proof
- High Corrosion and Chemical Resistance. = Ideal for salt, fertilizer, Cement, coal, hard rock mines & quarries, pulp & paper, wood chip, Chemical compound industry and Port & marine facilities, etc.
- Very Low Coefficient of Friction & Low Thermal Conductivity. = Protection of Belt and Fire Retardant.
- Thick Shell (Pipe) = Prevents Damage to Belt.
- Pipe wall thickness 24mm for 152mm diameter shell/tube
- Pipe wall thickness 22mm for 127mm diameter shell/tube

Seal Design
- Rubbing Seals Design
- Contact surface between shaft and seal, which has groove, filled with special grease. This design reduces the coefficient of friction. , - Low running friction results in power savings .
- We use unique grease manufactured by Nye Lubricants, USA. This grease becomes semi-fluid on agitation but return to the gelled state When agitation ceases. - So, it always protects the bearing from dust and humidity = LONG LIFE!!
Light Weight & Low Running Friction
- Power Cost Saving
- The reduction of required belt tensions may make it possible to select a lower class belt on long conveyors .
- The cost saving of selecting such a belt could be of the same order or more than the cost of the structure and idlers .
- Lower belt tensions increase idler, pulley and belt life.
